Job role
Our People Experience team at Allianz Services is searching for a Project Manager to lead high visibility projects involving the strategic transformation of the People Experience function while proactively guiding and influencing teams and leaders to ensure successful implementation of global projects.
Join us and you will assist the Global Head of Strategic Projects and Talent management to lead and implement processes, projects and strategies designed to foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, attract talent, improve retention, maximize engagement, and foster employee development across the AZ Services locations. You will also drive improvements in the planning, operationalization, change management, and communications of programs and processes, and analyze their effectiveness.
What will you do
• Assist the Global Head of Strategic Projects and Talent management globally to coordinate significant change programs. This includes project management, preparing necessary documentation and facilitating approvals, developing operational processes and working with other functions to implement approved changes;
• Facilitate, support, or manage essential People Experience projects (e.g. specifically strong involvement on Strategic Workforce Planning globally for Allianz Services) that are aligned with our goals, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure operational needs are met;
• Effectively manage multiple small to large-scale projects and tasks concurrently;
• Ensure cross-People Experience and cross-team collaboration as well as stakeholder management in a structured and efficient way, aiming to accelerate progress toward goals, while removing barriers and roadblocks along the way;
• Ensure stakeholders have adequate understanding of ownership, timelines, resource needs, risks and dependencies;
• Report project status and communicate regular updates to multiple parties to allow for transparency regarding project status, issues, and key decisions throughout the projects' lifecycle;
• Partner with the local and global colleagues to develop change management strategies to promote adoption and enablement for impacted audiences (employees, managers, departments);
• Identify improvements to simplify processes and meet the evolving needs of the business;
• Develop a strategic understanding of the business to connect the dots between our teams to work on commitments and deliverables;
• Compile and edit briefing materials, narratives and presentations
What you bring
• 3+ years of experience in People Function and / or project management
• Excellent English is a must
• Experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth matrix environment
• experience in working with data and in presenting it
