Job description

A leading insurance client is seeking an experienced Designer with a strong background in graphic design, UI/UX design, and creative development. You will be responsible for creating designs for marketing materials that enhance user engagement and align with brand standards. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that drive engagement and meet both user and business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Develop UI/UX mockups and prototypes.
Develop visually compelling designs for marketing materials (emails, SMS, landing pages) leveraging tech accelerators such as Generative Al.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
Collaborate with the UX and copywriting teams to enhance user engagement.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Produce design iterations based on feedback and performance data.
Stay updated on design trends and apply best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or related design discipline is required.
Portfolio of design projects.
Proficient in design tools like Figma.
Up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends, technologies, and best practices.
