Job Summary:
VSolvit LLC is seeking a Data Analyst with a background in Power BI , SQL and Python. The Analyst will be working as part of a SAFe Agile team supporting our internal R&D Development Team. The analyst should be able to work and provide reasonable documentation as needed while working in highly technical teams, including developers, architects, subject matter experts, analysts, and product owners. Understanding the inner workings of the applications will be essential.

Responsibilities:
1-2 years of professional experience
Work on multiple and diverse projects across the Risk and Data services team, delivering technical specifications and working together with other teams
Help administer the Power BI deployment, workspaces, applications, and permissions
Assist with the preparation of detailed specifications and will be responsible for the technical design, development, documentation, testing, implementation and support of various data models
Working with ERP systems to create financial reports in Power BI
Ability to deliver clear recommendations from data
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline
1+ years’ experience with the Microsoft Power BI
Proficient in making DAX queries in Power BI and using advanced calculations
Experience with SQL and databases. Understand complex joins and time segment data
Knowledge of ETL/ELT techniques and methodologies along with best practices
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Ability to work in Agile model, updating the Epic with the details and supporting the team in story breakdown
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous exposure to cloud-based data analytics platforms, such as AWS or Snowflake
Experience in Finance analytics, enabling you to deliver actionable insights to drive revenue growth and optimize business strategies
