Responsibilities

• Engage with internal customers to design AI models that solve their specific challenges and incorporate feedback for improvements.
• Implement AI tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency within the engineering team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop practical AI solutions through workshops and sessions.
• Implement and enhance MLOps practices to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
• Prototype and document AI solutions to address customer needs, presenting them to the AI guild for review.
• Mentor and guide engineering team members in AI and machine learning best practices.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to develop new AI-driven features.
• Proactively address security, performance issues, and bugs in AI systems.
• Propose and implement improvements to the team’s processes and workflows.
• Continuously enhance your skills and the team's capabilities in AI and machine learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer delivering software products to customers.
• Proven experience of at least 6 months in AI, machine learning, and MLOps, with a strong understanding of both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, languages, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or similar.
  
• Familiarity with data processing tools and databases.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AI, machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and optimization.
  
• Experience with reinforcement learning is highly desirable.
