About the Role:
As part of the EMEA HR Team, you will be working with our HR Director, EMEA and you will be directly accountable for the development, and implementation of various human resource functions within predominantly Spain/Italy jurisdictions alongside strategic partnering for the European Inside Sales organisation centralized in Spain/UK, as well as other leaders based across EMEA and the US. You would be the primary HR partner, being accountable for all HR related matters pertaining to Spain as a country. Specific areas include: employment, compensation, benefits, equal employment opportunity, organisational development and design, learning and development, engagement and advising management on personnel policy and program matters.

What You’ll Do:
You can expect to work across mainly disciplines of HR.
HR Planning and Management
Work with EMEA HR Director to operationalise the Regional HR plan across EMEA, this includes driving initiatives, alongside HR Services, HR Generalists, HR Compliance and ER Specialist teams, and Talent Acquisition.
Responsible for reviewing the Spanish Equality report and driving associated actions, as well as other compliance related aspects based on the local jurisdictions of Spain and Italy.
Build and own an HR plan for the functional teams you partner with to identify, develop and implement HR solutions in line with the wider HR organisational plan, report progress and achievement of milestones
Deliver Core HR Programs
Integration of core HR programs with support from global COE’s such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, DE&I, HRIS etc.
Customise HR solutions using established HR practices to meet business needs.
Partner with legal to ensure CrowdStrike meets its legal obligations and compliance.
Business Unit Partnership
You will work alongside other Functional business partners across Europe to:
Work with functional leaders to devise and drive strategic plans, understanding the business drivers and ensuring HR plays a key role with the business,
Coaching leaders on best practices and solutions to people related business issues with your key stakeholders
Lead talent reviews with senior leaders to drive engagement and retention of key talent; report on people performance metrics and take accountability for driving associated actions with leaders.
Use HR and business metrics to measure core programmes and to inform the development of new programs.
Leadership
As a member of the EMEA HR team, HR Business Partners are expected to champion the business through HR and leverage the specialist functions within the HR team to support business initiatives.
Keep up to date with the latest HR best practice and share learning and inputs with the wider HR team.
Champion CrowdStrike’s core values in the business and within the HR team.
Provide coaching and development to other members of the HR team to enhance the overall capability of the HR function.
What You’ll Need:
Extensive demonstrated skills and experience as a strategic yet hands on business partner, in a comparable industry/organisation.
Knowledge of employment laws across Spain, Italy and ideally the UK with some knowledge of other European countries being advantageous.
Experience working within a global business and the ability to work at all levels in an organisation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and be an effective problem solver.
Excellent time management skills able to prioritise workload and thrive under pressure.
Self-driven with ability to work independently and identify opportunities to innovate.
Assertive, self-motivated and confident with excellent commercial acumen.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong result and goal orientation
Must have good judgment, maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, and Workday
Knowledge of employment laws in Catalonia, Spain
Fluent in Spanish or Italian
Bonus Points:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is desirable.
Experience with dashboards including Salesforce, Tableau a plus.
Experience in organisation design and development advantageous.
Experience working in a pan-European role or with pan-European functions and at a senior level is desirable, ideally including Go to Market functions.
