As the US SDR Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, balancing individual quota achievement with coaching and empowering a team of 3-4 SDRs to exceed expectations. You’re passionate about developing SDR talent, building future sales leaders, and have a career aspiration to grow into a senior management role.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving team performance, uncovering and addressing development needs, and coaching team members to succeed. You’ll work closely with the US SDR Director and other leaders within the global SDR organization to align on strategy and elevate the team's impact.
A deep understanding of sales development dynamics, business health, and forecasting is essential, as is the ability to collaborate with other leaders to provide data-driven insights into team performance. While prior leadership experience is not required, a proactive approach to growth and leadership development is a must.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 3-4 SDRs.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with your team and leadership peers.
Foster a culture of growth, learning, and accountability, where each SDR strives for excellence.
Drive team performance and meet target expectations at both individual and team levels, with a clear growth plan.
Create a positive, empowering environment that encourages continuous improvement, celebrates success, and embraces learning through both achievements and setbacks.
The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
Salary Ranges:
$97,875.00 - $163,125.00
