💰Compensation: $75,000-$80,000 base salary with total expected compensation of $110,000-$115,000 based on qualifications and experience.

The Role

We are looking for a Growth Account Manager who is passionate about helping clients unlock value quickly and strategically within a 5-week trial period. This is not a typical account management role — it’s about driving immediate product adoption, guiding clients toward success, and helping them see the value of Ceros right away. The primary focus is on onboarding new teams, offering tailored training and guidance, and ensuring clients are set up for long-term success. Once the trial period concludes, clients will transition to a long-term Customer Success Manager. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities while helping customers discover the full potential of the Ceros platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Ceros expert for potential and current clients by leveraging your design skills and product expertise to deliver onboarding support, product training, and strategy sessions that demonstrate value and enable user groups to succeed during the trial period.
  • Address client pain points with tailored, design-driven solutions that integrate seamlessly into their workflows, aligning with their specific business goals, industry, and personas.
  • Maximize trial-to-upsell conversions by ensuring clients quickly grasp Ceros's value, proactively monitoring trial health, addressing risks or obstacles with strategic actions, and setting them up for a seamless handoff to the Customer Success Manager.
  • Educate customers on the full Ceros ecosystem, ensuring they understand the breadth of resources available — including educational tools, support, case studies, and interactive content best practices — to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Alongside the Account Executive, cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers, including VP and C-level executives, ensuring the customer’s ongoing success and long-term value from Ceros.
  • Share strategic insights and utilize a strong sense of curiosity and out-of-the box thinking to introduce initiatives such as content programs, events, customer marketing ideas, and more that drive real business impact.

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer success/account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite (or similar design tools).
  • Proven track record of quickly driving product adoption and fostering client success within a trial period or early stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy, with the ability to guide clients through basic design principles and interactive content creation.
  • Familiarity with the marketing landscape, including typical pain points, campaign planning cycles, and objectives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate creative strategy sessions and provide tactical support to customers.
  • Analytical and project-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems creatively and driving measurable results.
  • Versatile and adaptable, able to seamlessly switch between roles as a strategic thinker, seller, product expert, and educator to meet the unique needs of each client and drive immediate value.
