Job description

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Marketing Manager to create and execute powerful marketing campaigns that drive real growth. If you're passionate about building impactful campaigns that move the needle, this is your opportunity to make a big impact in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.

As the Campaign Marketing Manager, you’ll own both multi-month brand initiatives and short-term tactical campaigns across various channels, focusing on delivering results through a mix of owned and earned media.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute high-impact campaign strategies in collaboration with the broader marketing team to fuel business growth.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently, allocating resources to content, ads, and media for maximum ROI.
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy to execution, measuring performance at every stage of the demand funnel—awareness to conversion.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Hubspot and Google Analytics, ensuring visibility into key metrics.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve, ensuring better outcomes over time.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
  • A team player with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally within the cybersecurity space, with a strong grasp of modern B2B techniques (lead nurturing, lead progression).
  • Strong communication skills—you’re clear, concise, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
  • Campaign ownership experience, from strategy to delivery, with a track record of driving measurable results and reporting on them.
  • A highly analytical mindset—you’re comfortable using data to fuel decisions and consistently raise the bar.
  • Excellent organisational skills—you can self-manage projects with many moving parts and thrive working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and driving real impact.
