WHO WE ARE
Climb Hire is a national workforce development organization dedicated to creating economic opportunity and mobility for overlooked working adults. Millions of people, especially those without four-year degrees, have great career potential and talent. What theyre missing is opportunity. Thats where we come in.
Our unique model teaches in-demand technical skills alongside evergreen people skills like relationship building and networking, providing adults stuck in dead-end jobs with the support, skills, and confidence they need to land higher paying jobs and continue to achieve professional growth. On average, Climbers entering our program are earning $27,000 or less. After completing one of our learning tracks, they increase their income by an average of $26,000, with over 80% of job-seeking Climbers securing new roles within 6 months.
At Climb Hire, we know that relationships matter just as much as talent or degrees. Were a community, not a class. Through our innovative learning tracks and a thriving community of Climbers past and present, we foster a continuous cycle of support that exponentially increases the value of connections for everyone within it. Now, we are on a rapid growth trajectory to expand our impact and create life-changing opportunities for 2-4 times the number of Climbers we currently serve.
Our mission is to give Climbers the upper hand in their careers, even when life didnt give them a head start.
