Role Description

This is a role for a Sitter. The Backupz (Sitter) will be responsible for providing childcare services on an as-needed basis for families who book services through our platform. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare or babysitting at least 2 years
• Reliability and punctuality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and interact with children of all ages
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing schedules and needs
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Background check required-complete and clear (no criminal or drug history)
• You must be at least 18
• Fluent English Speaker (required)
• Adhere to safety standards based on job descriptions
