Reporting to the Manager, Multimedia Production, this role requires a resourceful collaborator with the capacity to create original, well-executed video content, using both available creative assets and innovative approaches to creating meaningful content when footage is limited. The Motion Designer will work to create a wide range of content across audiences and channels, including marketing campaigns, customer communications, and employee engagement.

  • Experience using video cameras, and a working knowledge of different file/types, resolutions, aspect ratios, codecs, frame rates, color spaces, etc.
  • Experience creating animations for web using platforms like Rive
  • Experience in 3D motion design/modeling platforms such as Blender, C4D, etc.
  • General knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows and best practices

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working in a team setting and adept at giving input as well as receiving feedback
  • Ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
