About this role

We are seeking a skilled product researcher to support our product management and product marketing teams. The ideal candidate will bring analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to help us better understand the competitive landscape and emerging trends. You will collaborate closely with product managers, product marketers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and interpret data that will drive informed decision-making and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers to assess market needs, help create business cases for product initiatives, and shape product development strategies.

  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and insights to cross-functional teams, including senior leadership.

  • Monitor industry developments and keep the team informed of major trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

  • Support strategic decision-making with data-driven recommendations and forecasts.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and new market opportunities under specific initiatives.

  • Assist with annual GTM planning by helping to identify high-growth areas and segments that OutSystems should be targeting, including key industry verticals, company sizes, business types, and other methods of market segmentation.

  • Stay updated with market research methodologies and tools, ensuring best practices are followed in all research activities.
