For long-term support of a complex product in the unified communication field, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Web (PHP+JS) developer.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Maintaining and improving stability and reliability of software applications to solve complex business problems, using mainly PHP and JS
- Troubleshooting and debugging of production issues (escalated by L3 tech support) affecting customers
- Improving project - performance, and security requirements and documenting all development work in a way that can be used to understand how the software works
- Communicating and working with different teams on maintaining and improving product ecosystem
What You Bring to the Team
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial development using PHP and JavaScript
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS, HTTP, SSH, HTTP server
- Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, DRY, TDD, DDD principles, design patterns, and PSR standards
- Good knowledge of SQL: engines, indexes, optimization, transactions, etc
- Spoken English at B2 level
Now, it would be fantastic if You
- Have experience in a leading role
- Performed unit testing to ensure code quality and functionality
- Used WebRTC technology for real-time communication
- Worked with SIP/RTP protocols for data transmission
- Experience with *nix

Hiring Process
- Discovery Interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 minutes)
- Technical interview with a Web Developer (60 minutes) to dive deeper into your hard skills
- The final interview with the VP of Engineering (30 minutes) focuses on evaluating soft skills, team compatibility, communication style, problem-solving approach, and overall alignment with the company’s culture and values.
