Admissions Coordinator (Virtual Learning)

We are a thriving international education firm with expertise in helping international students from 30+ countries make successful transitions to US schools. We are seeking a part-time Admissions Coordinator to join our new Virtual Learning Team. This is a remote role which can be done from anywhere in the world and requires a great deal of flexibility, both in terms of working hours and mindset. We are looking for people who are open-minded, and have demonstrated experience in multicultural settings.

The Admissions Coordinator will serve as our front-line staff managing initial consultations and support for all potential new customers interested in ABC Education's virtual learning products.

This is a part-time position, that is fully remote and requires no travel.

This is a new position in a new team that comes with a tremendous amount of quick, growth opportunity. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing and channel partners to establish leads flows
  • Conduct consultations with individual leads and drive them from prospect to close
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop collateral for virtual learning products
  • Design and manage a lead pipeline for virtual learning products 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Consultative sales experience required
  • Understanding of online and elearning products
  • Understanding of the US education system
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, and product management is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management (working with internal stakeholders, students, and parents).
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Preferred experience in a startup environment

Compensation:

$25/hour + commissions
