WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU?

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
  • Manage professional scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
  • Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to the team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements, as required, to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles - find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
  • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools/methods to filter the correct candidates.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Onboard new employees & provide weekly recruitment reports to team managers
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are followed.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Availability to work and collaborate during EST business hours.

 

YOU BRING: 

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
  • A fresher or intern with the required skillset and a zeal to learn new things can also be considered.
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in human resources, or equivalent.
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Microsoft Office skills with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Flexible team player, and willing to adapt to changes.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
