We are seeking a strategic Director, People Technology Systems (HRIS) to be a key leader in setting the course while building and configuring our system capabilities bringing new innovation to the People function that is at the forefront of how technology can advance healthcare. Responsibilities:

This position requires a visionary leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative HR technology solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and enhance the employee lifecycle.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology roadmap that aligns with the organization's HR and business strategy.

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of HR technology platforms and systems.

  • Oversee the integration and optimization of HR systems to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy across different HR functions

  • Lead the People Operations team by bringing automation while setting clear processes, procedures and SLAs.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure that HR technology solutions effectively address business needs and comply with data security and privacy regulations.

  • Champion the adoption of self-service and automation tools to streamline HR processes, improve user experience, and drive operational efficiency.

  • Drive the development and maintenance of HR analytic tools and reporting capabilities to support data-driven decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.

  • Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, system configurations, and user access to ensure data integrity and security.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, information technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 

  • 10+ years experience with Workday building out full system capabilities by selecting Workday modules as well as integrating third party solutions.

  • 5+ years experience in leading an organization’s Workday team driving multiple modules and integrating additional third party systems. 5+ Management experience leading a team of 3 or more.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing HR technology, HRIS, People Operations or HR Shared Services team and systems implementation, ideally in a complex and dynamic organizational environment. 

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, data management, and compliance requirements, with the ability to translate HR and business needs into technology solutions. 

  • Demonstrated experience in leading HR technology projects, system integrations, and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations. 

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse groups of stakeholders across the organization. 

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience and support HR initiatives.

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is: 

$145,000-$165,000
