Who We Are: 
Arootah is an early-stage Hedge Fund and Family Office Advisory and Executive/Leadership Coaching firm focused on driving peak performance for both the teams and individuals. Founded by Rich Bello, the co-founder and COO of Blue Ridge Capital, Rich’s aim is to leverage his experience working with top Hedge Fund Executives to achieve peak performance. 
 
Arootah services include:  
Providing expert advisors in key operational areas to emerging/established Investment firms 
Coaching direct-to-consumer (executive, life, health, and career coaching) 
Advising clients with Capital Introduction and Raising for Emerging Managers 
Investing in a portfolio of public and private companies that make a positive impact 
Building SaaS applications for both enterprise and consumer use  
Providing Talent Acquisition and Development services to the financial industry 

What We Need: 
Arootah is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking a Recruiter to support our hiring needs across internal roles, fractional outsourcing engagements, and our coaching platforms. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting and build talent pipelines for niche roles in alternative investments, coaching, and consulting. You will be a hands-on contributor, leveraging Lever (our ATS) to streamline processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. 

Who You Are
  • You are a skilled recruiter with a proven ability to source and hire top talent in fast-paced environments
  • You excel in managing multiple priorities, building pipelines, and supporting a variety of hiring needs
  • ATS experience and a candidate-first mindset, you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about connecting people to meaningful opportunities
  • You have previous experience within the Alt Investments, Fintech, or Coaching industries
  • You are proactive, driven, and detail oriented

  • Qualifications
  • Experience: 4 - 6 years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in professional services or alternative investments
  • A mix of Internal and Agency recruitment is a HUGE plus
  • Educational: Bachelors Degree in human resources or similar
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Lever or similar ATS platforms
  • Sourcing Skills: Skilled in direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple searches with precision and efficiency
  • Mindset: Collaborative, detail-oriented, and aligned with Arootah’s mission-driven culture
