As a People Partner Director at Branch, you'll engage with business leaders to proactively understand organizational needs to attract, develop and retain top talent to enable business results. Responsibilities of this function are dynamic, with a focused approach on the goal of enhancing business performance and increasing employee engagement.

As a People Partner Director, you’ll get to:
  • Partner with senior business executives to design and deliver people plans that improve effectiveness, anticipate hiring and development needs and help achieve overall business goals.
  • Collaborate across People Solutions teams (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc) to deploy timely, effective, and scalable programs to grow the business.
  • Develop and assess KPIs to proactively coach leadership on engagement and productivity trends that enable managers to be more agile and effective – i.e new hire assessments, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Drive performance management programs that focus strategically on key employee retention and rewards.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and develop solutions to suit the specific needs of leadership and team members.
  • Proactively advise leaders in employee life-cycle areas such as hiring, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
  • Metrics driven business consultation to influence and coach leadership on people and trends.
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
  • 8+ years' experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the HRBP function
  • Experience with organizational scaling and design
  • Experience supporting and working with global teams
  • Expertise in change management, leadership coaching and project management
  • Experience building out employee relations programs and supporting employee relations issues
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional leaders within the larger organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Low ego and highly collaborative
  • Bias for utilizing data and analytics to inform key business decisions
  • Successful track record implementing and managing performance cycles
  • Partnering with business leaders across various functions (Finance, Recruiting, Legal, Compensation & Benefits) to build and align HR solutions

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Denver, CO, is $175,000 - $215,000. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Denver, CO only. Compensation for candidates outside of Denver, CO will be based on the candidate’s specific work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.

This role is 100% remote in Denver, CO. This role is not eligible for remote work in any other location.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
