The Strategic Accounts Director will be responsible for retaining and upselling some of Garner’s largest employer clients. You will collaborate with account managers to ensure Garner’s most important clients have an excellent experience and achieve the expected results. As a Strategic Accounts Director you will become our client’s trusted strategic partner on plan design, bending cost trends and driving plan performance. Through your efforts, you will be responsible for driving improved Net Revenue Retention and other KPIs for your book of business. This role will report to the VP, Strategic Accounts.
Location: Remote with up to 25% travel
The target salary range for this position is: $140,000 - $170,000. This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
