Become a part of our vibrant and diverse team at our expanding Sydney office! We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to be a key player in our join our Group technology Team and help drive the completion of innovative infrastructure projects, applying both waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies. Lead with purpose, foster positive change, and elevate your team's skills.
This is a 18 months fixed term contract role.
Responsibilities:Hybrid role using Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver end-to-end infrastructure projectsFacilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, showcases, and workshopsOversee team projects, progress, and planning while ensuring transparency and information sharingConduct PI planning, maintain PI boards, and track dependenciesEnsure timely, quality deliverables aligned with the product backlog and prioritiesManage stakeholder expectations and provide regular reportingDrive change management across IT and business areas to motivate teams and enhance performanceRequirements:Proven ability to lead ICT projects in software development, ensuring successful delivery and team alignmentExtensive experience overseeing large-scale projects using a Hybrid delivery model that blends waterfall and Agile methodologiesIn-depth knowledge of Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban, with a focus on fostering collaboration, adaptability, and shared successExpertise in facilitation, active listening, conflict resolution, and promoting continuous improvement, empowering teams and fostering transparencyStrong understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud technology, cybersecurity, and DevOps, enabling support for diverse project needsComprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), ensuring structured and effective project executionExceptional interpersonal skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and clear communication, building trust and alignment across teamsSkilled in resource and project planning, with a proven ability to guide, mentor, and support multiple teams to achieve shared goals.Familiar with foundational project management principles, ensuring organized and effective project deliveryThrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, demonstrating resilience, empathy, and poiseCertified PMP (or equivalent), with SAFe certification as a valuable complementTHE HUB24 STORY We think creatively and we’re not constrained by traditional thinking or barriers to success.
