Talentneuron is seeking a dynamic and strategic FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and insights across our organization. As the FP&A Manager, you will collaborate with senior management and department heads to optimize financial performance, support decision-making, and fuel our growth. Leveraging your expertise in Netsuite and deep financial acumen, you will provide actionable insights that drive our success.
What you will do:Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Provide proactive insights for data-driven decision-making and growth opportunities.Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial health and operational efficiency.Develop financial models, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and evaluate opportunities.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial alignment and support strategic initiatives.Utilize Netsuite expertise for accurate financial data analysis and process optimization.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulations.
What you will bring:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
