SAP HANA / BW Consultant

Location: Remote (Preferably Hungary or Europe)

Are you an experienced SAP HANA / BW professional with a passion for both backend and front-end BI development? Do you thrive in translating business needs into technical solutions while mentoring others and working collaboratively? If so, we want you on our team!

Technical Skills Required

• SAP HANA & BW Development:
  • Expertise in BW and HANA data modeling, including:
    • Process Chains, Data Sources, Transformations.
    • ABAP routines (start-, field-, end-, and expert).
    • Multi-providers, Composite-providers, InfoCubes, Advanced DSOs, and HANA Views.
  • Front-end development using SAP BW/BI tools (primarily Analysis for Office).
  • Experience in training end-users on BW/BI tools is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Business Analyst Mindset: Understand and explore business requirements deeply.
• Architectural Thinking: Translate requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with SAP Consultants and BW team members, sharing knowledge and tasks.
• Support Management: Handle incidents and service requests via ticket management systems.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members for skill and process improvement.
• Flexibility: Ability to handle support and project tasks simultaneously.
