Work Schedule: Monday-Friday flexible with working hours, 40 hours a week M-F

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize multiple email inboxes, ensuring efficient communication flow
  • Maintain and organize digital assets in Dropbox, creating a streamlined file system
  • Transfer and update client information in our CRM system, enhancing our customer relationship management
  • Assist with basic artwork setups using Photoshop for various printing jobs
  • Contribute to social media management, helping to showcase our latest designs and projects
  • Learn and utilize our CRM system to improve client data management and reporting
  • Support potential appointment setting and client communication tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency and creative processes
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in email management and digital file organization
  • Basic Photoshop skills with a willingness to learn specific artwork setup processes
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
