Job Description

As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s daily operations, juggling a variety of tasks to keep properties running smoothly and tenants satisfied. You’ll handle everything from coordinating repairs to managing lease renewals, all while providing exceptional customer service. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in real estate management and contribute to the growth of an ambitious property portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests
  • Coordinate with contractors to schedule repairs and property improvements
  • Manage work orders efficiently using property management software
  • Assist with lease renewals and property turnover processes
  • Handle urgent property-related issues, ensuring quick resolution
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with the property manager to streamline operations and improve service quality
