Job Description

As a Hybrid Sales and Customer Support Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. This dynamic position offers a unique blend of sales and support responsibilities, allowing you to develop a diverse skill set. You’ll manage inbound sales requests, conduct product demonstrations, and provide top-notch customer support for a range of brewery clients. With a focus on smaller accounts and subscriptions ranging from $40 to $200 per month, you’ll be instrumental in nurturing relationships and expanding the company’s market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries, qualifying leads and moving them through the sales funnel
  • Conduct engaging online product demonstrations for potential clients, focusing on smaller brewery accounts
  • Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer information and efficient sales processes
  • Handle 5-10 weekly support requests, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Triage customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary
  • Assist in expanding the company’s presence in Central and South American markets
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize sales and support processes
  • Manage and renew subscriptions, ensuring high customer retention rates
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual) to serve diverse international clients
  • Sales experience with B2B preferred SaaS experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Experience with CRM systems and aptitude for learning new software quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Basic understanding of SaaS business models and brewery operations (preferred)
  • Ability to seamlessly switch between sales and support tasks
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for technology and its application in traditional industries
