This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Interpret electrical drawings and create precise bills of materials
  • Compile and organize technical data using Excel spreadsheets
  • Prepare clear, vendor-ready bills of materials
  • Manage email communications for pricing requests and vendor interactions
  • Support team in handling increased workload from growing demand
  • Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure accurate information flow
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of electrical drawings and terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email management
  • Sharp eye for detail and data entry accuracy
