Knowledge of payment processing and reconciliations rewarded:
Process, reconcile and verify loan payments and adjustments to customer’ accounts. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

• Apply, review, and reconcile customer payments to ensure they have been processed accurately

• Perform basic adjustments and maintenance to customer’ accounts

• Provide support and respond to payment and adjustment-related questions from internal partners

What you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or  business  admin , or a two-year certificate plus two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); SAP knowledge is an asset
