The purpose of this role is to pro-actively assist in the management and, where possible, early resolution of disputes, ensuring positive outcomes are maximised.
 

This will be a permanent, full time position based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively manage the end to end workers compensation dispute process with an effort to reach a positive outcome.
  • Attend the relevant tribunals and participate in meetings with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.
  • Ensure the effective management of key legislative drivers in accordance with the Act.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience within a customer focused or legal services background
  • Demonstrated knowledge of dispute resolution processes, relevant legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to meet the needs of all stakeholders
