Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2700 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable Management: Set up vendors, process timely payments, and manage expense reports.
• Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile credit cards, accounts payable ledger/sub-ledger, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Reporting and Compliance: Generate data for 1099s and assist with both internal and external audits.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the Controller on budget preparation and forecasting.
• System Integration: Upload financial data to Dynamics 365 Business Central monthly.
• Special Projects: Contribute to various financial initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven proficiency with US GAAP and high-level experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Sage Intacct, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Stable job history, ideally with no more than two job changes in recent years.
• Experience in consulting, audit, or private equity environments.
• Background in budget preparation, forecasting, or project management.
