Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule:

  • Full -time, flexible shifts including overnight and afternoon
  • 48 hours per week (6 days per week)
  • 4 full-time headcount required
  • 2x staff at 12AM-8AM Marrickville NSW (Includes 30 minutes paid break)
  • 2x staff at 4PM-12AM Marrickville NSW (Includes 30 minutes paid break)

As a Sales Chat Support, you’ll be the voice behind some of the most popular accounts on the platform. You’ll engage in lively, text-based conversations with a diverse audience, building relationships and ensuring a positive user experience.
