The People Analytics team are responsible for transforming raw people data into actionable insights that support strategic business decision-making. They are a key enabling function which provides data and insights through reporting, modelling and visualisation of data. 

Job Description

Your Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant in the People Analytics Reporting team, you will play a key role by:

  • Creation, maintenance and optimisation of various reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors. 
  • SQL query development - writing, modifying and optimising complex SQL queries to extract relevant people data for analysis. 
  • Ensuring effective data retrieval, manipulation, and storage while maintaining high levels of data security and integrity.
  • Design and implement data models that support robust HR analytics and reporting.
  • Develop visually compelling and insightful dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other visualisation software.
  • Present data analytics and insights to stakeholders through clear and engaging presentations.
  • Continuously improve reporting and visualisation methods to better meet the needs of the business.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse employee surveys to gauge employee engagement, satisfaction, and other HR metrics.
  • Develop and implement survey methodologies and tools to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

 

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in people analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Desirable proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data extraction and query development.
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, including report creation and optimisation.
  • Advanced skills in data visualisation tools, specifically Power BI.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
