Practice Lead - Business Analyst  is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of business analysts within the organisation. This role combines leadership, strategic oversight, and hands-on business analysis to ensure that business requirements are effectively gathered, documented, and communicated. The Practice Lead will work closely with various stakeholders to drive business improvements, optimise processes, and support the achievement of organisational goals

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Team Development: Mentor, coach, and support a team of business analysts to enhance their skills, performance, and career development.

• Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new business analysts.

• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide feedback to team members

• Standards and Best Practices: Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and methodologies for business analysis within the chapter

• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding business analysis activities and outcomes.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5-8 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
• Familiarity with project management software, business analysis tools, and methodologies.
