Key Responsibilities:
· Regularly update existing ServiceNow applications to ensure compatibility with new ServiceNow releases and features
· Certify applications by ensuring they meet ServiceNow standards and guidelines
· Tracking changes in future certifications and providing requirements for updates to meet certifications.
· Work closely with the ServiceNow Certification Team to address any issues raised during the certification process
· Fix bugs, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with ServiceNow Store requirements
· Manage the end-to-end process of certifying and publishing applications to the ServiceNow Store
· Ensure application performance and reliability post-upgrade
· Design, develop, and implement new applications using ServiceNow, integrating them with BlueCat products
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications
· Develop and document best practices for BlueCat product integrations within ServiceNow
· Create and customize Spokes for ServiceNow integrations
· Provide technical expertise to optimize integration strategies for scalability and performance
· Collaborate with technical project managers, integration architects, and software architects to deliver high-quality solutions
· Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends
· Contribute to ongoing improvement of development processes, automation, and system performance
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
· Proficient in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, including ServiceNow updates and releases
· Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom spoke development
· Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
· Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB or other ServiceNow modules
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Certifications:
· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
