Customer Service Representative – Italian speaking

We take care of any desired communication, in writing, by telephone or chat as well as in the social media.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide support for all customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail
  • Documenting the results from conversation properly
  • Service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Keep up to date on services, policies and processes to ensure implementation and accurate information
  • Be independent in your tasks
