A Client Services Representative will be the main contact for clients and ensure they are receiving exceptional services from the company while the business’s goals and visions are supported.  The representative will monitor their client’s claim processing, lead routine meetings with clients, and perform analytics and problem solving.  The representative will work within a team of client services and closely with project managers to drive their clients to success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations:
    • Interact with clients to build relationships.
    • Ensure that client needs are being met by the company.
    • Communicate updates or regulations to the clients.
    • Ensure that the client service team is very responsive to the client requests.
    • Coordinate all monthly or bi-monthly client meetings.
    • Review back-end data needs related to their clients.
  • Analysis:
    • Create and monitor monthly reports to analyze the practices goals are met.
    • Facilitate all analytical requests from the client and determine if IT assistance is necessary to deliver the analysis.
    • Frequently review the client’s revenue to ensure client expectations are met as well as identifying trends.
  • Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and commonly used formulas/tools.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Able to clearly communicate with team members and explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Able to learn new skills and systems quickly and problem solve independently.
  • Working proactively to monitor reports and solve outstanding issues for clients.
  • Maintain organization while working with reports for different clients.
