POSITION PROFILE & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for applying advanced knowledge of finance principles, concepts, theories, and techniques. Leads specialized finance related activities as consolidated financial statement (actual and forecast) under US GAAP for Headquarters in USA. Coordinates information flow and support subsidiaries in accounting matters in order to facilitate the compliance with the Group accounting policies. Prepares customized reports on Sales and orders, and participate to month end closing activities, reports directly to Knoll Financial Controller.
The new resource will support the European Financial Controller in the following activities:
- Supporting consolidated financial statements closures (actual and forecast) under US GAAP for Headquarters in USA;
- Managing intercompany reconciliation process investigating and solving mismatch with Group counterparts.
- Developing, maintaining and supporting Financial Planning and Consolidation application in Oracle HFM;
- Monitoring the cash-flow and the credit collection
- Monitoring the daily sales and orders collection in order to meet the company’s target.
- Preparing recurring customized reports on Sales and orders
- Preparing calculation of Third parties and Intercompany commissions;
- Supporting to the preparation of Knoll Italy Statutory Financial Statement and assistance to Auditors
- Preparation of reporting package for intercompany agents legal entities
- Helping setting up ESG reporting requirements
Job holder requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Must have at least 2/3 years’ experience in audit.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Experience in ESG will be considered preferential
