DonorSearch continues to grow and innovate! We are looking for a high performing Operations Support candidate to join the Channels team. The Channels team works with internal and external clients to support and grow strategic partnerships with consulting firms, resellers, and large CRM partners. The Channels Operations Support Associate role is newly created and will be critical to the operational success of the team in achieving company goals. Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

Operational Support

  • Brings a passion for identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Support/Assist VP of Channels with compiling performance numbers to include KPI Analysis on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Participate in all weekly forecasting calls. Assist with compiling forecast and analyzing against performance to understand forecast accuracy
  • Become a subject matter expert on Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and NetSuite as used by the Channels team.
  • Daily assignment of inbound leads to the Channels team and/or external partners.
  • Become a subject matter expert on ChurnZero as it relates to Channel team needs.
 

Administrative

  • Detail-oriented and focused on process
  • Review and update paid invoices for Channels Team against forecast
  • Assist in gathering data for presentations across the Channels (and Client Success) Teams and for other industry presentations
  • Assisting with the creation of content for internal and client-facing documentation, webinar slides, and other content as needed.
  • Heavy data entry into Salesforce CPQ and Billing systems for CRM partner orders.
  • Note: The Channels and Client Success teams work closely together. There will be overlap of administrative support and needs that span both the VP of Strategic Partnerships and the SVP of Client Success & Strategic Partnerships
 

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years supporting Business/Sales/Customer Success Operations experience required
  • Salesforce experience is a must
  • Salesforce report creation experience is a plus
  • High to Master level proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word 
  • Collaborative nature and ability to work both in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to execute on tactical initiatives while always thinking about process and operational efficiency improvement
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
Additional Details:
  • Location: Fully Remote, with less than 25% travel.
  • Schedule: Full-time. Monday - Friday, East Coast time zone hours
  • Compensation: $50,000 annual salary
