HomeRiver Group is looking to hire a full-time Regional Manager in DFW, Texas with experience in property management, supervising a large team, a strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of an awesome team.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGIONAL MANAGER
As our Regional Manager, you will train, manage and motivate a team of Property Managers who oversee day-to-day operations as part of the overall product delivery of 3rd party, for-fee, property management of single-family rental properties. Not only will you work closely with senior leadership to identify, monitor and adjust the company's key performance indicators, you will develop plans to achieve goals, and monitor the region's performance. You will also contribute to the development of regional vendor/maintenance sections while responsible for Business Development efforts in the assigned region. You will ensure all client retention efforts, inclusive of working with existing clients and all referral sources.
QUALIFICATIONS OF A REGIONAL MANAGER
- High school diploma
- 4+ years of experience in Property Management
- Experience using property management software
- Advanced experience using MS Office Applications
- Valid driver's license
- Flexible and the ability to multitask
- Strong aptitude as well as proven track record in effective decision making and problem solving
