JOB DESCRIPTION
Required knowledge: Workday HCM implemetation and Workday Learning experience.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Must have experiece with Workdy HCM implemntation and WorkDay Learning. Role is more Admin/HR than IT.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
Coordinate project resources and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Strong project management skills.
Experience with project management software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
