Your role

• As P&O Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of multiple global P&O-projects and initiatives with focus on transformation and digitalization, process standardization and optimization in close cooperation with diverse stakeholders across the globe.
• You will act as a strategic partner of the global P&O Community, and identify new global projects and potential areas for a digital transformation
• You are responsible for setting up, synchronizing, and supporting global, group-wide P&O transformation projects
• You will work with global project teams and coordinate resources, manage the strategic projects within scope, schedule, and timelines with the project staff.
• You will enable and create the design of processes, workflows, and best practices
• You will act as Demand Manager to guide stakeholders through the Evaluation, Design, Implementation, Training and Communication processes for digital transformation projects in P&O
• You will coordinate the functional valuation of highly dependent requirements and ensure the smooth scheduling of them within stand-alone and connected projects
• You will contribute to our learning culture within the P&O Organization, integrating insights into new projects
• You manage change throughout project implementation within the P&O Organization for technical and functional solutions

Your profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Administration or Human Resource Management
• 5 years of professional experience in a leading project role
• Track record of successfully leading large projects or programs in the area of P&O Transformation
• Intercultural experience in global projects
• Experienced in stakeholder management, with the confidence, skills and empathy to productively interact across different hierarchies and target groups with diverse backgrounds
• Pro-active and hands-on approach to problem-solving and getting things done mindset
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, growth mindset and a passion for bringing clarity to complex challenges
• Fluent English language skills
