Job description

Our client is a fast-growing, internationally recognized iGaming company. Currently we are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to join their HR leadership team. This is a critical role that will help shape client's global compensation strategy and ensure that the benefits packages support client's efforts to attract and retain top talent across a variety of markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Grading & Structure: create and manage a fair grading system for employee roles that makes sure pay is competitive and equal across the company.
  • Performance Review & Pay Alignment: oversee how employee performance is reviewed and make sure pay is linked to performance results.
  • Total Rewards Strategy: develop a strategy for total rewards, which includes salary, bonuses, benefits, and other perks.
  • Regional Alignment: work with HR teams in different regions to ensure local pay structures match global standards, while considering regional market conditions and laws.
  • Data & Reporting: prepare reports and recommendations for management based on compensation data, helping guide future decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in an international setting.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and managing compensation programs within fast-paced, competitive industries, such as iGaming or technology.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian OR Russian is essential, along with strong business-level English.
  • In-depth knowledge of global compensation frameworks and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
