Requirements
● 7+ years of background in software development
● Proficiency in JavaScript, React
● Competency in back-end development using Node.js
● Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role in a software development environment
● Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
● Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities
● Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high levels of collaboration, productivity, and code quality
● Oversee the design and architecture of scalable and robust software solutions
● Actively participate in coding, development, and implementation of front-end applications using React
● Develop and maintain services
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products
● Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices
● Drive continuous improvement in the software development process and technology stack
