Summary

We’re seeking a self-motivated individual who is data-driven, passionate about marketing technology, and excels at developing processes that simplify workflows for everyone. The flawless candidate will possess a blend of robust operational skills, a B2C background, familiarity with technical best practices, and in-depth expertise in Salesforce, Account Engagement, analytics platforms, and other CRM or customer engagement tools.

Salary range: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Work in Account Engagement and related marketing tools to execute, maintain, and improve marketing automation functions.
  • Assist in setting up marketing campaigns and establishing accurate campaign hierarchy in Salesforce. Create and update documentation and user guides on platform usage, settings, and processes, while providing training and support for marketing team tactics. Regularly review documentation to ensure it remains accurate and aligned with current practices.
  • Ensure flawless tracking integration across all acquisition efforts, including website traffic, Google Analytics, web forms, email campaigns, paid media, paid social, and paid search.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows and nurture sequences.
  • Assist the marketing team in making data-driven decisions by interpreting analytics and translating insights into actionable steps.
  • Lead all aspects of the complete email campaign production process in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager, including list segmentation, uploads, A/B testing, scheduling, reporting, and optimization in Account Engagement and Salesforce.
  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis of campaigns to align with business objectives.
  • Continuously strive to improve marketing programs by staying informed about trends and industry standards, and regularly evaluating subscriber engagement.

What are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years of proven expertise in all marketing and sales funnel stages, with an inherent inquisitiveness about business operations.
  • Proficient in data analytics for identifying insights and actionable improvements across multiple channels.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a dedication to meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a keen attention to detail and process.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing automation platforms (preferably Pardot/Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Ability to advance both strategic and tactical initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Solid understanding of inbound marketing and triggered experiences.
  • Embraces a continuous test-and-learn approach.
  • Skilled in building multi-stream engagement and nurturing campaigns.
  • Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills with meticulous attention to detail.
