Job description

We are seeking a professional and tech-savvy Customer Support Agent based in Colombia to handle inbound and outbound calls for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, able to provide a positive customer experience, and capable of navigating various systems efficiently. This role requires accountability, strong communication, and a proactive approach to managing client interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls across multiple client accounts with a positive and alert demeanor.
  • Efficiently navigate client CRM systems and accurately input call data.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate issues following predefined processes.
  • Adhere to assigned schedules and maintain clear communication with managers regarding any delays or challenges.

  • Proven experience in call handling and customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic IT skills, particularly navigating tools like Genesis.
  • Fluent, local-sounding English proficiency.
  • Accountability in managing time and meeting client expectations.
