Our company manages a highly complex account that is critical to our business's growth and sustainability. This account involves multiple stakeholders, intricate organizational structures, and a wide range of services that we provide. To optimize our engagement and ensure continued success, it is crucial to have a comprehensive account management map that clearly outlines key relationships, decision-makers, influencers, and potential growth opportunities.

The primary objective for the Account Management intern is to develop detailed account management plans / map. This map will serve as a strategic tool to support relationship building, identify growth opportunities, and enhance our overall account management strategy. This in a paid internship for a period of up to 6 months, during which the Account Management Intern will be provided with necessary resources such as access to CRM tools, internal databases, and mentorship from experienced account managers.

What You’ll Be Doing...

  • The intern will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Stakeholder Identification: Mapping out key stakeholders within the account, including decision-makers, influencers, and other critical contacts.
  • Organizational Mapping: Creating a visual representation of the account's organizational structure to clarify relationships and reporting lines.
  • Relationship Analysis: Analyzing current relationships and interactions to identify gaps, potential risks, and opportunities for strengthening ties.
  • Growth Opportunity Identification: Identifying areas within the account where there are untapped or underutilized growth opportunities, including cross-selling or upselling potential.
  • Documentation and Presentation: Producing a detailed report and visual account management map that can be used by the account management team to guide their strategy.
