Job Description:
The job duties of the role are:
Provides technical support for users as well as maintains published technical support documentation for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), including creation/updating of support scripts
Monitors MFA metrics and checklists, generates and/or analyzes various reports to communicate status
Communicates changes to users, including updates to MFA registration/FAQs
Explore ideas for continuous improvement and evolution of MFA
Assists with development or review of user manuals that provide business rules and problem resolution procedures.
Assist with other IMS team activities where appropriate, which may include, but are not limited to:
MFA token activation
Construction of a database to manage MFA OTP tokens
Participates in the development of standards and best practices for the management of services in accordance with OCIO Security Policy and industry standards and best practices.
Assist with SSL certificate generation
Review/update SSL certificate documentation with any gaps or changes identified
Build script to validate requested IDIR account types
Assist with Hybrid Account conversion activities
Assist with IDIR password remediation activities
Build a reporting tool for enforcement of account expiries
Experience with government policies and standards related to delivery of IT programs

The requirements for the role are:
3-5 yrs experience in writing code to support software installation and upgrades, documenting technical work and developing technical reference materials;
3-5 yrs experience developing presentations, detailed business requirements, reports, analysis, and procedures documentation as required;
3-5 yrs experience on projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders;
3-5 yrs experience on identity management related projects;
2-3 yrs experience and expertise in Microsoft Azure AD;
Demonstrated experience of working on public-facing projects;
