Skills:
· Computer Vision and Image Processing
· OCR & Document Processing
· Strong understanding on prompting strategies, prompt tuning trameworks etc.
· LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex etc.
· In-dept understanding of RAG, GraphRAG, GenAI desgin principles
· In-dept understanding of system architectures and design principles
· Strong understanding of traditional AI/ML practices and grasp on mathematical modelling
· Very strong grasp on python and SDLC processes, deployment etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Extensive knowledge of data science and data engineering methodologies including but not limited to classification, regression, machine learning, deep learning, association rules, sequence analysis, cluster analysis, computer vision, and natural language processing.
· Extensive knowledge of Python (OCR) and expertise with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
· Experience with large-scale training and inference, and machine learning pipelines in production systems.
· Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models, including prompting and finetuning techniques.
· Understanding of software engineering methodologies and design patterns, as well as IT enterprise architectures (containers and container orchestration solutions, cloud solutions).
· Ability to translate business requirements into mathematical models and data science objectives to achieve measurable business outcomes.
· Advanced communication and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and effectiveness in working across geographical boundaries.
· Excellent & proved leader in the space to guide the team towards the success of the projects.
