Our successful Sales team in Poland has a vacancy for a Key Account Manager.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Responsible for growing book of business to determined revenue target and beyond
  • Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers
  • Active maintaining and building relationships with customers through calls and emails
  • Works persistently to acquire new accounts and lead generation in assigned customer base
  • Take care of customer life cycle management, include acquisition, nursery, development and prevent lapsing
  • Search for and reach future customers that align with company goals
  • Route opportunities and inquiries to other teams as needed
  • Report on business status and progress as required
  • Execute marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Lead and attend presentations to clients and within the company
  • Participate in determining/negotiating price adjustments annually or as needed, and communicate it to customers
  • Assume project manager role for opportunities that require participation from internal teams
  • Coordinate and/or conduct Market Research projects as required to help in strategy development
  • Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree+ or equivalent experience in chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry, biology or other science
  • 2+ years of sales experience required with Key Account management on top

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing, confident personality and customer-oriented attitude
  • Very good English level and computer skills
  • Comfortable and experience with presenting and training
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking
  • Well developed Excel skills
  • Developed product and application knowledge
  • Driving license - Category B
