Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an SEO Specialist for one of our flagship web 3 websites. 

As an SEO Specialist, you will be crucial in optimising evergreen and commercial pages, ensuring our content is strategically positioned for maximum impact. Working closely with the content team, you will drive on-page optimisation efforts, help shape our content strategy with valuable market insights, and monitor performance for continuous improvement.

This role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach to identifying optimisation opportunities, and a collaborative mindset to keep our project ahead in the competitive landscape.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting keyword research and executing on-page optimisation
  • QAing content of commercial pages that go live
  • Collaborating with the content team to provide them with updated and align on optimisation opportunities
  • Regularly track SEO performance metrics including organic traffic, rankings, and conversion rates
  • Help manage SEO-related tasks within the project
  • Identify and prioritise new optimisation opportunities
  • Conduct competitive research to understand industry trends

 Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience working in an online marketing niche
  • Foundational SEO Knowledge: understanding principles of on-page optimisation and keyword research
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Analytical skills: familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and similar
  • Content collaboration skills: ability to work effectively with content creators to align SEO strategy
  • Attention to details
  • Passion for learning

Preferred Experience & Attributes:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced digital media or performance marketing environment.
  • Experience with content localisation strategies.
  • A Self-Starter. Given the remote nature of the role, they are highly self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Basic experience with SEO, understanding of principles of online marketing activities
