As a Solution Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how our cutting-edge technology is implemented and leveraged by prospects and customers. You’ll have a pivotal, outward-facing role, representing BforeAI with professionalism and technical expertise as you help clients unlock the full potential of our predictive solutions.

You’ll work with teams across the customer organization to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate client’s needs and goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. We need to come up with the best solutions, so you’ll investigate new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go where the industry is going. As a team, we’ll take a critical approach to design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and efficiency.

📣 What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborating closely with sales, pre-sales, customer success and development teams, you will:

  • Evangelize the benefits of predictive capability, demonstrating how it works and the value it brings to customers.
  • Engage with clients to understand their technology stack, tools, and integration needs, and provide a technical overview to the sales team.
  • Assist prospects and customers in integrating BforeAI’s PreCrime solution into their existing systems and workflows.
  • Design and develop scripts and API integrations across various environments, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions.
  • Manage complex proof-of-value projects and design experiments that showcase the efficacy of our technology.
  • Identify opportunities to improve API interfaces, and feed input to product teams.
  • Deliver introductory pitches on BforeAI’s capabilities and product offerings to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a repeatable demo environment that clearly demonstrates the value of our predictive intelligence solutions before entering proof-of-value phases.
  • Respond promptly to customer and prospect inquiries, providing exceptional technical support.
  • Document project processes to standardize solutions and improve scalability for future clients.
  • Train partners technical personnel to drive autonomy in prospecting new customers.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to support API integration activities once clients have been onboarded.

  • You have experience as a technical consultant, pre-sales engineer, solution architect, or a similar customer/partner-facing technical role.
  • You understand networking infrastructure, security tools, and integration use cases.
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct high level technical discussions and engage with customers confidently.
  • You have the ability to collaborate with different teams to understand business needs, while also being able to work independently.
  • You've got great problem-solving skills.
  • You possess programming skills and experience in developing integrations.
  • You demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and quickly grasp new concepts, with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies,
  • You bring a deep knowledge of the cybersecurity market and a keen awareness of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
